Each Home Tour slot is reuseable. If your home sells you can relist another home in

To Create your HomesPix.com Account:
Print the ORDER FORM on the HomesPix.com home page. Fax it to HomesPix.com.
Sign up as a "New Member" and create your HomesPix.com account. You will be contacted via email within 24 hours
about your account activation. Your Agent Web Page and Home Tour become active online after approval.
Additional Tours and other services can be added at any time.

To set up your HomesPix.com account:
- Print the ORDER FORM on the home page & fax to HomesPix.com selecting your account type
- Click "New Members" and sign up to create your membership account
Use your email address for your "login" and pick a password
- Create your Agent Page. You can logout and login anytime once you create your account
- You will be contacted via email within 24 hours regarding your account activation
- Each Fine Home Tour will be given a personalized page/URL link, e.g., http://homespix.com/p/30
- Agents will be given a personalized Agent Web Page URL link, e.g., http://homespix.com/a/3
- Upon receiving payment, your HomesPix Account is fully activated and you can add more Tours.
- Login to HomesPix.com at anytime to add, edit &
make Tour changes, or to create a new Home Tour.
Your Tour(s) can remain online as long as your Membership is active.
You pay for Home Tours using the above pricing schedule.
As long as your Membership is active your Tours and Agent Web Page are available online.
There are no refunds if your home sells in less time than your listing period. You can
delete a Home Tour and create another one in its place at no extra charge - so
long as your Membership is active.
Yes. Contact us to increase the number of Home Tours in your Membership account.
- You get an Agent Web Page with your own web address/URL link. Use your Agent Web Page in
advertising. Contact us to buy a personalized URL link, e.g. HomesPix.com/JonesTeam
- Create your Home Tours online. Listings can be "for sale", "sale pending",
"sold", "coming soon", or "for rent/lease".
- You create Home Tours and show one or more properties & your Agent Web Page online

Yes. Contact us to increase the number of Tours in your account or to add more photos on a Home Tour.
We will provide you with an Account that you design.
- Buyers see your Home Tour on the HomesPix.com
web site. Tour searches can be done by address or agent name.
- Each Home Tour has an individualized web address/URL link found at the bottom
of the Tour for you to use in advertising. Buyers use the URL address to see your Home Tour.
- Use your Home Tour URL link in advertising and flyers.
- You can link a Home Tour to your own web site, or send prospective buyers a Home Tour link via email.

to find your Agent Web Page by entering your name in the Agent Search section.
You have a personalized URL link that is provided when you sign up -- located at the bottom of your Agent Web Page.
Use your Agent Web Page URL link in emails, flyers, or on your personal website.

- Use JPEG or GIF images.
- Images should be 640 x 480 pixels (or smaller). They will
be resized automatically when uploaded.
- Images under 90K (size) will load faster than larger images.
- Images viewed horizontally are best (vertical images must
be rotated before uploading).
- Tour images are shown in groups of 3 across (horizontally).
Load your tour in sets of 3, e.g., 3, 6, 9, or 12 images for best viewing.
You can load a single image, or more images per Tour depending on your account.
Contact us if you want more images in your Home Tour.
If you load a single image of a home -- that image will be in
the center of the Home Tour Page.
- Login to your HomesPix.com Account using "Member Login".
- Follow the directions to create/add/remove a Home Tour.
- Load your digital images, and create text for your Home Tour
directly from the HomesPix.com web site.
- Note: most Tour images take less than a minute to load. It
may take longer depending on the size of the image you load,
and whether you have Hi Speed Internet or use a modem.
- It is recommended you organize your images before loading.
- 'Save' your Tour when done and make your account "Active" so it will come online
Tip: When organizing your images number them in the order you want to upload them on HomesPix.com.
Uploading your images will be easier if you name the images: 1front, 2yard, 3livingrm, 4kitchen.....
Create a "folder" on your PC for each of your listings (e.g., 123 Main Street Folder includes all images for that listing).
You can load 1 or more images for each Tour. Upon sign up you select the number of images for each
Tour in your account. If you load only 1 image, the single image is displayed in the center of the Home
Tour page. The Tour images are displayed in sets of 3 -- so it
is recommended you load 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, or 18 images for each Tour. And
you can edit, change, and remove your HomesPix Home Tour at any time by
logging in to your HomesPix.com Account.
Yes. You can add a company logo and/or add a photo for the Agent Web Page.
Yes. Contact us for assistance. After creating your first Home Tour, you will find it is extremely
easy to add or edit Tours in your account.
Yes. You provide your assistant with your login information
and they can access your account to manage your Tours.
Your contact information (name/phone/broker/email) is on your Agent Web
Page and in your listing Tour(s). As a client of HomesPix, we maintain
privacy regarding your account and account terms, and do NOT provide
your name to third parties.
HomesPix reserves the right to review all tours, edit them if
necessary. Tours can be removed at the discretion of HomesPix.
